It can be difficult to get a nice tan on your face with many tanning beds as the cheaper model of bed does not give the facial area a comfortable tan. You usually have to go to the bigger beds which are more expensive per session. Sun bathing you have to be concerned with the amount of time that you are exposed.

Many people have used and benefited from Seasonal Affective disorder by using a tanning lamp two or three times a week. During the months of January and Febuary, you are lucky to see the sun at all much less two or three hours a day. Plus when it does pop out we are usually at work to busy to take advantage of the precious benefits.

The lack of proper amounts of Vitamin D in your system has been linked to many different types of diseases and illnesses. Some of these are Breast cancer progression, autism, and for many men prostate cancer. The biggest benefit from getting the proper amount of Vitamin D will help insure adequate bone strength which then assists your body in preventing multiple sclerosis, some forms of cancer, gum disease, and diabetes.

Most lamps are very affordable and convenient as you only need access to a electical outlet to get the amazing benefits. They are also light and small enough so you can transport them on business trips or give you a break when you are stuck in the office all day long and there is no way of getting away to go outdoors and get some sunshine.

They certainly make a convenient way for you to help your mood and benefit your health on a daily basis. We all get carried away with daily activities and work that we seldom take the time we need to keep healthy and maintian a good attitude.
